Rates, Fees & Charges ‘Home Options’ Package
The ‘Home Options’ Package has an Annual Package Fee. Unless varied under the Home Options Package Terms & Conditions (PDF, 82KB), standard terms & conditions, interest rates, fees & charges apply to individual Package Products including:

This non-refundable fee will become due upon application for the Package. The annual fee will be directly debited in monthly instalments from the Mandatory Account specified by the borrower/s in their Package Application.

- failure to pay the Package Fee will result in a loss of Package Benefits.
