Every time you use your Wide Bay Australia Rewards MasterCard to make purchases you qualify for fantastic rewards^...

Details of your Reward points can be found on your monthly Wide Bay Australia MasterCard statement or you can call Card Services on 1300 135 538 and Press 5 to speak to a Customer Service Officer.

There is no joining fee and unlike many other credit cards your Reward points never expire while your card remains open. 

Redeem Reward points earned on your Card Services ‘Rewards’ MasterCard for^:

  • Merchandise, travel, subscriptions, vouchers, gifts etc Redeem Now »
  • To make donations to various charities Redeem Now »
  • ‘Cashback’ to reduce the outstanding balance on your credit card statement or to pay for your Wide Bay Australia MasterCard Annual Fee. Redeem Now »
  • Take Flight ‘Cashback’^^- within 30 days of booking of any flight (including Qantas), tour bus, regional train, cruise ship or accommodation through any travel agent or online travel site using your Wide Bay Australia MasterCard (at a rate of 166 Reward points for $1 of Take Flight travel) Redeem Now »
  • Cardholders can also redeem for frequent flyer points with Singapore Airlines’ loyalty program ‘Krisflyer’^^^ or’ Velocity Rewards’+, the loyalty program partnered by Virgin Blue Redeem Now »

^^ In order to be eligible to redeem points for Take Flight ‘Cashback’ , you must have made a travel purchase (where a flight or airline ticket is an element of that travel purchase) on your card within 30 days immediately before the date of your request to redeem for Take Flight ‘Cashback’. The maximum amount in Take Flight ‘Cashback’ that you may redeem Card Services Rewards points for is an amount equivalent to the dollar value of the travel purchase. For Take Flight ‘Cashback’ claim, you must redeem a minimum number of points specified by Card Services before or at the time of the redemption. You should allow up to 28 days for your Take Flight ‘Cashback’ to be processed. The amount of any Take Flight ‘Cashback’ is set off against the outstanding balance of your account on your next statement.

^^^ The redemption of Points for Kris Flyer Miles are redeemed at 1.5 Card Services ‘Reward’ points for 1 KrisFlyer point. To redeem Card Services ‘Rewards’ points for KrisFlyer Miles you must be a member of the KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer Program. Membership of the KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer Program is the Cardholder’s responsibility, and is subject to the KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer program’s Terms & Conditions. The redemption of points will be administered solely by Card Services Rewards. A minimum redemption amount of 15,000 Card Services Rewards Points applies. Points transferred may take up to 28 days or longer to appear in your KrisFlyer Frequent flyer Program account. Card Services Rewards holds no responsibility for flight availability which may be limited. Card Services Rewards Points may only be credited to the Primary Cardholders KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer account. Once Rewards Points are redeemed for KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer Miles the redemption cannot be cancelled or reversed and will then be governed by the KrisFlyer Frequent Flyer Program’s Terms & Conditions.
