If your card is lost or stolen in Australia you may request a Visa Debit Emergency Card by calling Wide Bay Australia on 1800 072 111.

If you are overseas you should contact Visa Global Assistance Centre (VGAC) which is available 24 x 7 and provides the following emergency services:

• Cardholder Inquiry Service
• Emergency Card and Cash Disbursement (an Emergency Card will be supplied to you as quickly as possible usually within 3 business days depending on your location. Upon approval by Wide Bay, if you require any emergency cash, VGAC will arrange an Emergency Cash Disbursement for use until your emergency card is received. Emergency cash can be provided at many thousands of Emergency Service Locations around the globe)
• Lost and Stolen Card Reporting

Please note that Visa GCAS is accessible through a network of toll free numbers that are available worldwide. Cardholders should call collect through the international telecom operator of the providers in the country. If you dial the relevant number direct, you will be billed as an international call by the telecom provider. A range of languages are supported.
