Transaction Statements

Regular statements can be arranged on Wide Bay Australia accounts (eg fortnightly, monthly etc) by contacting a Wide Bay Australia branch or by contacting us.

One-off statements can also be requested at any time:

at a Wide Bay Australia branch/full service agency
at ATMs using a Cashcard/Loan Express Cashcard
via ‘smartlink’ internet banking
via ‘smartlink’ phone banking
by contacting us

You can request up to one transaction statement per month without charge unless you have also elected to operate a passbook on your account.
