Note: to activate 'smartlink' Mobile Banking you will need access to a PC and will need to register for ‘smartlink’ Internet Banking. If applicable, transaction fees and charges, for banking services accessed through 'smartlink' Mobile Banking will be the same as for an identical 'smartlink' Internet Banking transaction.

- Check your account balance
- View your recent account transactions and details
- Make free BPAY® payments*
- Pay bills electronically from participating billers via BPAY View®
- Transfer funds between your Wide Bay accounts*
- Make payments* to other Wide Bay accounts under the same client number (or another client number**) - on a one-off or regular basis

- View your periodical and pending payments
For your home loan or business loan use 'smartlink' to:
- Check your loan account balance
- View your recent loan account transactions and details (including, if applicable, any monthly benefit from a Mortgage Muncher)
- Make payments to your loan account from other
accounts* held under the same client number (or another client number**)
*Subject to restrictions on individual account type and cleared
funds being available. **Subject to a daily transfer limit set by you.
